Questa è una semiconserva di pesce. Le semiconserve non vengono sterilizzate, ma solo trattate con sale o olio. Il trattamento non elimina tutti i microrganismi: ne rallenta soltanto la crescita. Devono essere conservate in frigorifero anche prima dell’apertura. Durata più breve, da alcune settimane a pochi mesi, secondo il prodotto. Dopo l’apertura devono essere consumate rapidamente.

Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a day.
