Being Ambassadors of the Sea means recognizing respect as the cornerstone of every choice: respect for the sea, for the environment and for people. This is why today we are so proud to announce that we have obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Management System Certification, a recognition that attests to our concrete commitment to ensuring equal opportunities, fair pay and inclusion for all our collaborators.

With a workforce made up of 80% women, from production to the top positions in our company, we have always placed the valorization of people at the center of our corporate culture and considered attention and sensitivity to be the helm of our decisions.

Fairness and transparency in selection criteria, combating the gender pay gap, equal opportunities for growth and training, prevention and combating all types of physical, verbal and digital abuse in the workplace and a corporate welfare system also based on work-life balance are just some of the principles that permeate our daily lives and the entrepreneurial reality we experience every day.
